Welcome To Lake Zoar Homeowners Rights Association

Founded in February 2025, the Lake Zoar Homeowners Rights Association (LZHRA) advocates for the interests of individual and small business property owners on Lake Zoar. Our beautiful lake spans the Housatonic River in Connecticut across the towns of Newtown, Southbury, Monroe, and Oxford.

We invite all individuals and small businesses who own homes or land on Lake Zoar or have deeded rights to the lake to join our community.
